Traditional (graphite, digitally transmitted) - Unless otherwise requested, images are done on 8.5x11 inch paper, scanned and transmitted digitally:

1. Send a note via deviantArt ([link]) or email me at toxiclight at gmail dot com. Please include a description of the image you’re seeking, whether you’d like a sketch or color image, and style (if possible, check my gallery for examples of my work if you are seeking a specific style).

2. Assuming I accept your commission, we will make a final decision on image details and the price.

3. Once I begin your commission, I will notify you and begin work on a rough sketch.
* I'll send the sketch to you, and we'll talk, and make any major revisions.
* Note that this is the last chance you get to change any major details. I will not redo an image because you've changed your mind about something.
* I require references in order to do my job properly. Detailed, textual descriptions are acceptable.

4. Once you're happy with the sketch, I require a 50% advance payment to my PayPal address: toxiclight@gmail.com
* The advance is non-refundable. The only exception is if I am unable to complete your commission for my own reasons.
* If you have not paid my advance, I may choose to not work on your commission until you do

5. Upon completion, I will send you a preview image of the finished piece and ask for the remaining 50% payment.
* Upon payment, I will send you the final, full-sized image.

* I only accept payment via Paypal.
* You tell me the image, I tell you the price. You change the image, I can change the price.
* I must be able to contact you via dA or email.
* All characters remain copyright to their original owners (whether it be OC or fanart). I reserve the rights to any artwork I produce. It may not be reproduced as prints nor used in commercial work without prior agreement. The work may be freely posted as long as it is credited to me (links to my website/dA site are always nice too).
* Understand that I am more than happy to do adult-oriented artwork, but this sometimes takes slightly longer than non-adult artwork, as I prefer to work on these when my children are not in the immediate vicinity. Your patience is appreciated.
